'Be at home in your own body'

Hello Nature-Lovers!  I'm so glad you are considering joining me for a guided hike on Marin's pristine trails!  It is my passion leading nature hikes and sharing the joy and wonder of being outside in our beautiful Marin county open spaces.

See Below for Hiking Class Itineraries!!

A typical hike with me will begin with a group check-in and a brief introduction by the participants.  After getting to know one another, we'll embark on a 3-6 mile hike (depending on the class and day) which may ascend up to 1,200 feet.  Along the way, I'll point out some local (and invasive) plants and look out for any animals (including tracks and scat).  I love taking time for Cool Nature Moments and will encourage you to get up close and see things from a different view point than normal.  Of course, we'll be hydrating and snacking along the way, and perhaps finding a really great spot for a picnic break (on the Saturday classes).  I'll be engaging you in interesting conversation regarding your health and wellness, the present and future state of our planet and environment, local ecology and history, inspirational lifestyles by folks trying to make a positive difference in their communities, and plenty more.

I am currently NOT offering any public classes, but am available for private hikes, tours, and combination Yoga/Hiking adventures in the Marin area.
